What primary services do you offer?
We manage 43 car parks that can be leased on a short and long term basis. A minimum one month rental term is required to proceed with any agreement with us.
Can I access my vehicle 24/7 in a secure permanent carpark?
Yes, our secure permanent carparks provide 24/7 access to your vehicle, allowing you to retrieve or park your car at any time convenient to you.
What is the minimum contract term for a permanent carpark rental?
Secure permanent carparks are typically rented on a long-term basis, usually for months or years, providing you with a dedicated parking space for an extended period. We do not offer short term parking.
How do you access the carpark?
When you lease a car park from us, you are provided with a seurity access card which will provide you access to the underground car park. The security gate to the car park is closed at all times which provides peace of mind for your vehicle. The entrance to the car park is located on the corner of Edmonstone Street and 220 Melbourne St South Brisbane, underneath the West End Central apartment building.

What security measures are in place to protect my vehicle?
Our secure permanent carparks are equipped with various security features such as CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and well-lit surroundings to ensure the safety of your vehicle.
What happens if there is damage to my vehicle while parked in a secure permanent carpark?
While we take measures to ensure the security of your vehicle, any damage that occurs while parked in our secure permanent carparks is typically the responsibility of the vehicle owner. We recommend having appropriate insurance coverage to protect against such situations.
